The personal data requested during the forwarding of the order is collected and processed in order to satisfy the customer's requests and will not be in any case and in no way sold to third parties.

The Seller guarantees its customers compliance with the law in subject to the processing of personal data, governed by the privacy code referred to in the decree 196 of 30.06.03.


Purposes of personal data processing

The processing of personal data provided by the Customer and collected by the Seller, for a time not exceeding that necessary for the stated purposes, will be exclusively for the related purposes:

the supply of the goods and services covered by this contract;

the fulfillment of obligations under laws, regulations and EU legislation, as well as provisions adopted by supervisory bodies and control.

The provision of data necessary for these purposes is mandatory. Any refusal to provide them makes it impossible to provide the products and services requested.

 

Methods of Treatment

The processing of data will be carried out by means of appropriate instruments to ensure its security and confidentiality and will also be carried out through automated tools for storing, managing and transmitting the data itself, and may consist of any operation or series of operations among those provided for by the Law. The treatment will be performed exclusively by the staff appointed by the Seller or by the Manager if appointed.


Categories of Subjects to whom the data may be communicated to

Personal data may be communicated, according to the stated purposes exclusively to companies specializing in the management of:

·   banking, financial and insurance services or payment systems and instruments;

·   archiving, transmission, bagging, transport and sorting activities

·   communication to customers;

·   recognition of financial and credit risks;

·   investigation and research of information relevant to credit collection;

·   collection and archiving of contracts and documentation relating to relations that have taken place with customers.

Dissemination of Data

The personal data collected for the above purposes will not be disclosed.

Rights of the interested party

The Customer, as an interested party in the processing of personal data, can exercise their rights specified in the articles: Art. 7 (Right to access personal data and other rights), Art. 8 (Exercise of rights) , Art. 9 (Method of exercise), Art. 10 (Acknowledgement of the interested party) of Title II (rights of the person concerned) of decree. 196/2003. In particular, they have the right to obtain: confirmation of the existence of personal data; information on the purposes and method of processing, the identification details of the owner, the responsible and the designated representative on the territory of the State; the update, correction, integration, cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of treated data.

They also have the right to object, in whole or in part for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data concerning them.


Requests from the interested party

The Customer may exercise their rights submitting a request, without formalities, to the Seller also through an appointee. This request will be fulfilled with appropriate feedback without delay.


Applicable Law

The sales contract is concluded in Italy and regulated by Italian law.

For settlements of disputes arising from the conclusion of this contract of distance selling, if the customer is a consumer, the territorial competence is that of jurisdiction of its municipality of residence; in all other cases, jurisdiction belongs exclusively to the court of Rome.
